How we picked these brands
To choose the best e-liquid brands in UAE for this list, we started from the 70 e-liquids in our e-liquid category and kept only brands that meet four tests. First, the brand must offer at least one strength at or below 20 mg/ml, the limit set by the UAE standard UAE.S 5030:2018 for electronic nicotine products (Tobacco Control Laws – UAE e-cigarette policies). Second, that in-limit bottle must be in stock now, not just listed. Third, the brand needs a clear device match: salt nic for pod kits, or freebase for sub-ohm tanks. Fourth, the price has to be fair for the bottle size.
We did not rank on flavour, because taste is personal and every brand here offers a spread of fruit, ice, dessert and tobacco profiles. POD SALT is the most complete in-limit range we stock, covering both e-liquid types in one brand. For pod users, POD SALT Nexus 20mg 30ml (AED 45) and POD SALT Core 30ml 20mg (AED 35) are both 20 mg nicotine salts. That’s the top of the legal range and the most common strength for small mouth-to-lung pod kits.

Vozol and Elux are both best known for disposables, and both now sell bottled salt nic at the 20 mg legal ceiling. They’re a good choice if you’re moving from a disposable to a refillable pod and want a similar nicotine feel. Vozol Salt Prime 20mg costs AED 35. Elux Legend Nic Salts 20mg costs AED 40. Both are 30 ml salt nic bottles made for low-power pod systems.
Why pick these over a dedicated liquid brand? Familiarity. Many vapers in the UAE start on a Vozol or Elux disposable, and these bottles aim for similar flavour styles in a refillable format. A 30 ml bottle in a pod lasts far longer than a single disposable, and the cost per day usually falls once you switch.

RIPE Vapes and TOKYO
RIPE Vapes and TOKYO each offer one in-limit line that stands out. RIPE Vapes 30ml Salt Nicotine 20mg (AED 40) is a 50/50 salt nic made for pods. For freebase vapers, RIPE Vapes VCT 60ml (AED 45) comes in 12 and 18 mg. That’s unusually strong for a freebase and suits MTL tanks rather than big sub-ohm clouds.
TOKYO is known for strong menthol and ice profiles. Its TOKYO Classics Salt Nicotine 30ml (AED 35) is sold in several strengths. Choose the 20 mg option at checkout, which is the one within the UAE limit.

Why big bottles matter here: a sub-ohm tank can use several millilitres a day. On a pod, a 120 ml bottle would outlast its best-before window, but on a DTL device it’s the practical size. At 3 mg these juices are far below the 20 mg limit, which suits the high nicotine delivery of big clouds.
Who they suit: cloud-focused vapers on tanks and pod mods with sub-ohm coils. Don’t put these high-VG juices in a small MTL pod, where they tend to wick slowly and taste burnt.
GLAS and VGOD: flexible strengths
