Vape Store Web is an online vape retailer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, supplying disposable vapes, pod systems, e-liquids, coils, accessories and nicotine pouches to customers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Age Requirement (18+ Only)
Our products contain or are used with nicotine and are sold only to adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18. Our delivery team may ask for a valid Emirates ID or passport at handover and will refuse delivery if age cannot be confirmed. Orders refused for this reason may be cancelled, and delivery charges may apply. See our Age Restriction / Disclaimer.
Products and Information
All products we sell are genuine, as described in our Authenticity Guarantee. Product specifications such as puff counts, battery capacity, e-liquid volume and nicotine strength come from the manufacturer and may vary with how the device is used. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). The total, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
- We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, or turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm, change or cancel the order.
- Payment options depend on your emirate. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: cash on delivery, card payment or bank transfer. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it with you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the delivery details cannot be confirmed, the customer does not meet the age requirement, or the order appears fraudulent or intended for resale. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Because Dubai orders are usually delivered within 2 hours, please contact us as quickly as possible.
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Dubai orders are delivered within 2 hours, depending on traffic, and orders to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain within 24 hours. Please check your order when it arrives. Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to you on delivery.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used disposables, e-liquids, pods and coils cannot be returned unless faulty. The full conditions and how to make a request are in our Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
Safe and Lawful Use
You agree to use our products responsibly and in line with UAE law, including rules on where vaping is allowed. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for charging and handling batteries, keep products away from children and pets, and never use a device that is leaking, swollen or overheating. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, modification, incorrect charging, or use against the manufacturer’s instructions.
Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
