This page explains exactly what can be returned, what cannot, the timeframes that apply, and how to raise a request.
This policy applies to all orders placed on vapestoreweb.com and delivered across the seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. It is written in line with UAE consumer protection principles and works alongside our Shipping Policy and Authenticity Guarantee.
Our Commitment to You
Every product we sell is genuine and sourced through trusted supply channels, as covered by our Authenticity Guarantee. If a product reaches you damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Your rights as a consumer are protected under UAE law, and this policy is designed to honour them fairly and transparently.
Items Eligible for Return or Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests when the issue is caused by us or occurs in transit. You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product arrived damaged or broken in transit.
- You received the wrong item (different product, flavour, nicotine strength or variant than ordered).
- An item is missing from your order.
- The device is faulty or defective on arrival due to a manufacturing fault.
To qualify, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (see timeframe section below), and the item must be unused where the fault is not related to use.
Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety)
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded once the seal is broken or the item has been used:
- Disposable vapes that have been opened, activated or used.
- E-liquid and salt nicotine bottles with a broken seal or that have been opened.
- Pods, cartridges and coils that have been removed from their sealed packaging or used.
- Any product where the manufacturer or hygiene seal has been broken.

This is standard practice for vape and e-liquid products worldwide, as opened items cannot be resold safely. If a sealed, unused item develops a manufacturing fault, it remains covered under the eligible-items section above.
Return & Reporting Timeframe
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any damaged, incorrect, missing or faulty item must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible, as it becomes difficult to confirm the condition of the item at the point of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Step 2 — Share your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue (damage, wrong item, or fault).
Step 3 — Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps, usually within one business day.
Step 4 — Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund based on the situation and product availability.
Refunds

Replacements & Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or missing from your order:

Faulty or Defective Devices
If a sealed device stops working correctly due to a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not attempt to repair or force-charge a faulty device, and never use a vape that shows signs of leaking, overheating or battery damage. Your Rights Under UAE Consumer Law
As a customer in the UAE, you are protected under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023), which includes the right to have a defective product repaired or replaced without additional charge.
