This RELX Creator Kit 15000 puffs review covers RELX’s premium rechargeable disposable vape sold at AED 75 in Dubai and across the UAE: up to 15,000 puffs from a 25ml pre-filled tank, 50mg (5%) nicotine salt, an advanced mesh coil, an 850mAh Type-C fast-charging battery and a built-in puff counter, in six flavours. Verdict: the biggest tank and battery in the 15k class, but it costs AED 30 more than its rivals and its 50mg strength exceeds the UAE’s 20 mg/ml cap, so check the ECAS/MoIAT mark before buying.

What Is the RELX Creator Kit 15000 Puffs?
The RELX Creator Kit 15000 puffs — often searched as the “RELX Creator device” — is a draw-activated, rechargeable disposable from RELX, the Shenzhen-based brand better known in the UAE for its Infinity and Essential pod kits. It is sold at Vape Store Web for AED 75 as a single device, in six flavours. Despite the “Kit” name it is a sealed disposable, not a refillable pod system.
| Spec | RELX Creator Kit 15000 puffs |
|---|---|
| Brand | RELX |
| Puff count | Up to 15,000 |
| Nicotine | 50mg (5%) nicotine salt |
| E-liquid | 25ml pre-filled |
| Battery | 850mAh rechargeable, Type-C fast charging |
| Coil | Advanced mesh coil |
| Display | Puff counter with usage tracking (per listing) |
| Activation | Draw-activated, no buttons |
| Flavours in stock | 6 |
| Price (UAE) | AED 75 per piece (single only) |
What you are paying the premium for is capacity and information: a 25ml tank is the largest listed in the 15k class at Vape Store Web, the 850mAh cell is the biggest battery, and the puff counter shows how much of the rated 15,000 you have used — the listing also mentions a “health tracking” readout, though it does not explain what that measures. The listing describes a sleek, ergonomic build and notes it is slightly larger than a non-rechargeable bar because of the battery.
Does the RELX Creator Really Last 15000 Puffs?
Not in everyday use. The 15,000 figure is a manufacturer rating from short, machine-standard draws, and real pulls are longer, so the number you reach will be lower. What makes the Creator Kit stand out is that it backs the rating with 25ml of e-liquid — around 3ml more than the Al Fakher Hyper Max and far more than rivals that do not state a tank size at all. More liquid per rated puff means the headline is closer to achievable here than on thinner-tanked devices.
The puff counter is the practical answer to “how much is left”: rather than guessing from the weight of the device or the taste, you can read the number. This RELX Creator Kit 15000 puffs review has no independent test count to add, and the listing makes no “lasts X days” claim, because that depends entirely on how often you draw.
Battery and charging
The 850mAh battery is rechargeable over USB Type-C with fast charging, and the listing states the Type-C charger is included in the box — unusual for a disposable. A larger cell means fewer top-ups across the life of the 25ml tank, which matters at 50mg where draws tend to be shorter but more frequent. Charge time is not specified by the manufacturer listing.
Is it rechargeable but not refillable?
Yes. You recharge the battery as many times as needed, but the 25ml tank is sealed and cannot be refilled. If you want a RELX device you can refill, the brand’s pod kits are the answer — see our RELX Infinity 2 review and our RELX pod compatibility guide.
Is 50mg Too Strong, and Who Is It For?
For most people, yes — 5% is 50 mg/ml nicotine salt, the strongest level disposables are made in and two and a half times the UAE’s 20 mg/ml cap under the MoIAT/ECAS conformity scheme. This review therefore does not describe the Creator Kit as compliant; buyers should look for the ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark on the physical box rather than rely on the listing’s wording. RELX’s own Peace 25K, by contrast, is a clearly labelled 20mg device.
Who it suits: adult vapers already using 50mg disposables who want the reassurance of a big tank, a big battery and a puff counter, and who are willing to pay AED 75 for it. The draw-activated operation is simple, but simple does not make it a beginner device at this strength. If you want RELX flavour quality at a legal strength, the RELX Peace 25K review is the one to read.
Not for you if…
Not for you if you are new to nicotine, if you want a strength at or below 20 mg/ml, if AED 75 for a single disposable is more than you want to spend, or if you need a wide flavour choice — six options is the narrowest list in its class.
Which RELX Creator Kit Flavours Are Available?
Six flavours are in stock at the same AED 75 price, and the list is short but unusually varied for a disposable — one mint, three fruits, one grape and a dessert. The full list from the product page:
- Fresh Mint
- Pineapple Passion
- Strawberry Burst
- Tangy Grape
- Taro Ice Cream
- Watermelon Chill
Taro Ice Cream is the outlier — a creamy dessert profile you will not find on most UAE disposables — and Fresh Mint is the only non-fruit option. If you want a mainstream iced-fruit pick, Watermelon Chill and Strawberry Burst are the safe choices. The flavour descriptions on the listing are marketing copy rather than tasting notes, and this review does not add any of its own; the “flavour junkie” framing of the old headline is a claim we cannot substantiate.
How Does It Compare With Other 15000-Puff Vapes?
Against the other in-stock 15,000-puff disposables at Vape Store Web, the Creator Kit wins on tank, battery and on-device information and loses on price, strength and flavour count. Rival specs are taken from each product’s own listing.
| Device | Puffs | Nicotine | E-liquid | Battery | Screen | Flavours | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RELX Creator Kit 15000 | 15,000 | 50mg (5%) | 25ml | 850mAh, Type-C | Puff counter | 6 | AED 75 |
| Al Fakher Crown Bar Hyper Max 15000 | 15,000 | 0.5% (5 mg/ml) | 22ml | Rechargeable, mAh not listed | Not listed | 21 | AED 45 |
| Pod Salt 15k | 15,000 | 20mg | Not listed | 650mAh, fast charge | LED screen | Not counted here | AED 45 |
| FUMMO Power 15000 | 15,000 | 20mg (2%) | Not listed | Non-rechargeable | None | 14 | AED 40 |
Where the rivals win: all three cost AED 30–35 less. The Pod Salt 15k and FUMMO Power are at the UAE-legal 20mg, and the Al Fakher Hyper Max is milder still with 21 flavours to the Creator’s six. The Creator Kit’s case rests on its 25ml tank, 850mAh battery, included charger and puff counter — if those matter to you, nothing else in the 15k class here matches them.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| 25ml tank — largest listed in the 15k class | AED 75, about AED 30 more than rivals |
| 850mAh Type-C fast-charging battery, charger included | 50mg exceeds the UAE 20 mg/ml cap — check the ECAS/MoIAT mark |
| Puff counter shows exactly how much is left | Only six flavours |
| Advanced mesh coil, draw-activated simplicity | No box or multi-pack pricing listed |
| Unusual Taro Ice Cream dessert option | Slightly larger than non-rechargeable bars |
Where to Buy in the UAE and Is It Legal?
Vape Store Web sells the RELX Creator Kit 15000 puffs at AED 75 per device in all six flavours, with delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah for adults aged 18 and over. Order from the RELX Creator Kit product page or browse the full disposable vape category.
Vaping products have been legal to sell in the UAE since 2019 under the MoIAT (formerly ESMA) ECAS conformity scheme, which caps e-liquid nicotine at 20 mg/ml and requires the conformity mark on the pack. At 50mg the Creator Kit is above that cap, so look for the ECAS/MoIAT mark on the physical box before use. Our guide to whether disposable vaping is legal in Dubai covers where you can and cannot use one, and the Tobacco Control Laws database tracks the legislation. How to spot a fake in the UAE
RELX is one of the most copied vape brands. Genuine RELX packaging carries a scratch-off authenticity code you can verify on the RELX website, and a real Creator Kit ships with the Type-C charger the listing describes and shows a working puff counter. A “Creator Kit” priced far below AED 75, or sold in a flavour that is not one of the six on the official list, is a warning sign. Buying from a licensed UAE retailer is the simplest protection.
RELX Creator Kit 15000 Puffs FAQ
How many puffs can I get from the RELX Creator Kit?

50mg (5%) nicotine salt, which is above the UAE’s 20 mg/ml cap — check the ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark on the box before buying.

This product is for adults aged 18 and over only. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Vaping products sold in the UAE must carry the MoIAT/ECAS conformity mark; this device’s 50 mg/ml strength exceeds the UAE’s 20 mg/ml cap, so check the mark and the printed strength on your packaging before use.
