Quick Overview
The Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit is a compact pod kit built around a 2000mAh battery and adjustable 80W output, priced at AED 165 in Dubai. This Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit review breaks down what that adds up to in daily use.
What Is the Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit?
Gen Nano is Vaporesso’s higher-wattage pod kit built around the OMNI Board 4.0 chipset and GTX coil platform, pairing an OLED screen with a genuinely large 4.5mL pod. It’s aimed at vapers who want sub-ohm-style output from a compact, pod-based device.
80W Adjustable Output and OMNI Board 4.0 Explained
Output reaches up to 80W through GTX coils driven by Vaporesso’s OMNI Board 4.0 chipset, with an OLED screen for tracking wattage. The device is inhale-activated, firing automatically the moment you draw on the mouthpiece.
4.5mL Refillable Pod and Type-C Charging Explained
The 4.5mL GTX Pod capacity is genuinely large for its category, cutting down on refill frequency, and works with both freebase and nicotine salt e-liquid. The 2000mAh battery recharges over USB Type-C fast charging, keeping downtime short between sessions.
Is the Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit Good for Beginners?
Yes. This Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit review found the inhale activation makes it approachable for a first kit, while the adjustable wattage and OLED screen leave room to grow into as your preferences develop.
Nicotine Strength Depends on the E-Liquid You Choose
As a refillable pod device, the Vaporesso Gen Nano has no built-in nicotine strength — it depends entirely on whichever freebase e-liquid or nicotine salt you fill the pod with. UAE-compliant e-liquids sold through licensed retailers are capped at 20mg/mL nicotine salt concentration under ESMA/MoIAT rules, so check the bottle rather than assuming a fixed figure for the device itself.
Gen Nano vs Vaporesso GTX One 40W Starter Kit
Both are refillable GTX-coil pod kits with Type-C charging, but they take different approaches to output ceiling and activation. Here’s how the Gen Nano compares to the GTX One on paper.
| Feature | Gen Nano (this page) | Vaporesso GTX One |
|---|---|---|
| Battery | 2000mAh built-in | 2000mAh built-in |
| Output | 5-80W adjustable | 5-40W adjustable |
| Pod Capacity | 4.5mL refillable | 3mL refillable |
| Activation | Inhale-activated | Button-activated |
| Display | OLED Screen | 0.69″ OLED |
| Price (AED) | From 165 | From 170 |
Which one should you choose? The Gen Nano is the stronger pick if you want a higher wattage ceiling and a bigger pod for sub-ohm-style clouds. The GTX One is worth considering if you want a tighter MTL draw with predictable button firing.
Colours Available
The Vaporesso Gen Nano comes in five finishes: Black, Blue, Purple, Red, and Silver, covering a genuinely wide style range.
Is the Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit Legal to Buy in Dubai?
Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019, with electronic nicotine products certified by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) through the ECAS scheme against standard UAE.S 5030:2018. UAE Vaping Regulations and the Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit
Every Vaporesso Gen Nano 80W Starter Kit sold through a licensed UAE retailer should carry ECAS/MoIAT certification against standard UAE.S 5030:2018, which covers manufacturing and labelling requirements for vaping hardware. Nicotine is an addictive chemical, and anyone new to vaping should weigh the health considerations involved — the CDC’s overview of e-cigarettes and vaping is a useful independent starting point alongside this review.
