This Elf Bar 5000 review looks at whether this disposable vape is worth buying in Dubai. Rated for up to 5,000 puffs with a 13ml pre-filled tank and a moderate 20mg nicotine strength, it’s built as an easy, beginner-friendly entry point rather than a maximum-capacity device. This review breaks down what it actually offers, how it compares to the ELFBAR TE6000, and who it suits.

Elf Bar 5000 Review: Worth It in Dubai?
The Elf Bar 5000 is priced from AED 45 at Vape Store Web. It’s a rechargeable disposable with a 13ml pre-filled tank, aimed at vapers who want a simple, moderate-strength device rather than a maximum-puff-count flagship.
What sets it apart from bigger disposables in the range is its 20mg nicotine strength, which sits comfortably within the UAE’s regulatory cap, plus a genuinely wide choice of eighteen flavours across fruit, candy, menthol and tobacco profiles.
What Is the Elf Bar 5000?
The Elf Bar 5000 is a rechargeable disposable vape rated for up to 5,000 puffs, built around a 650mAh battery with USB-C charging and a 13ml pre-filled e-liquid tank. This Elf Bar 5000 review found the integrated mesh coil delivers consistent, clean flavour throughout the tank rather than fading toward the end.
Integrated Mesh Coil and USB-C Charging: What Sets It Apart
Being rechargeable over USB-C is a genuinely practical touch, since it means you get through the full 13ml of e-liquid rather than binning a device early because the battery died first. The compact, pocket-friendly shape also makes this one of the easier disposables to carry around all day.
How Long the Elf Bar 5000 Actually Lasts
The 5,000-puff rating is a manufacturer figure measured on short, standardised draws, so heavier or longer pulls will bring the real-world total down somewhat. For an average vaper, one Elf Bar 5000 typically lasts around a week, with the 13ml tank usually being what runs out rather than the rechargeable battery.
Is the Elf Bar 5000 Good for Beginners?
Yes — there’s no button, just inhale to activate, and the moderate 20mg strength gives a smooth throat hit that’s lighter than the 50mg devices common in this category. Remembering to recharge it over USB-C when vapour drops off is the main extra step compared with a fully single-use disposable.
Nicotine Strength: 20mg, Within the UAE Cap
The Elf Bar 5000 uses 20mg (2%) tobacco-free salt nicotine, which sits right at the UAE’s e-liquid nicotine limit under UAE.S 5030:2018 rather than exceeding it. That makes it a genuinely compliant option, though certification can still vary by SKU, so always confirm the ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark on the box before buying.
Elf Bar 5000 vs ELFBAR TE6000: Which Should You Buy?
The ELFBAR TE6000 steps up to a higher puff count and a much stronger nicotine hit. Here’s how the two compare.
| Feature | Elf Bar 5000 (this page) | ELFBAR TE6000 |
|---|---|---|
| Puff rating | Up to 5,000 puffs | Up to 6,000 puffs |
| Nicotine strength | 20mg (2%), within UAE cap | 50mg (5%) |
| E-liquid capacity | 13 ml | 15 ml |
| Battery | 650mAh, USB-C rechargeable | 650mAh, USB-C rechargeable |
| Flavours | Eighteen options | Ten options |
| Price (AED) | From 45 | From 45 |
Which one should you choose? If you want a moderate, UAE-compliant nicotine strength with the widest flavour choice, the Elf Bar 5000 on this page is the better fit. If you’d rather have a stronger 50mg hit and a slightly bigger tank, the ELFBAR TE6000 is worth considering instead.
Flavours Available for the Elf Bar 5000
The Elf Bar 5000 comes in eighteen flavours: Blue Raspberry, Cranberry Grape, Triple Berry Ice, Peach Berry, Peach Berry Watermelon, Strawberry Banana, Strawberry Kiwi, Mango Peach, Honeydew Pineapple Orange, Kiwi Passionfruit Guava, Grape, Sour Apple, Red Mojito, Rainbow Cloudz, Energy, Lemon Mint, Sweet Menthol, and Cuba Cigar.
Is the Elf Bar 5000 Legal to Buy in Dubai?
Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019, with electronic nicotine products certified by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) through the ECAS scheme against standard UAE.S 5030:2018. Sale is restricted to adults 18 and over under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 — see our age restriction policy for details, and Vape Store Web verifies buyer age with Emirates ID or passport at checkout.
UAE Nicotine Regulations and the Elf Bar 5000
At 20mg, the Elf Bar 5000 sits within the UAE’s 20mg/ml regulatory cap, but certification can still vary by SKU, so always confirm the physical ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark on the box before buying. Nicotine is an addictive chemical, and anyone switching from cigarettes should weigh the health considerations involved — the CDC’s overview of e-cigarettes and vaping is a useful independent starting point alongside this review.
