This Isgo New York 8000 Puffs review looks at a rechargeable disposable vape rated for 8,000 puffs, with 50mg (5%) salt nicotine, a 650mAh USB-C battery, a mesh coil and adjustable airflow, listed at AED 40 in Dubai and across the UAE. Verdict: a low-priced, strong-strength option for adults who already use nicotine, but the 50mg strength is above the UAE 20 mg/ml cap, so check the ECAS mark on the box.

Isgo New York 8000 puffs review: what is it?
The Isgo New York 8000 Puffs Rechargeable Disposable Vape is a pre-filled, draw-activated device from the Isgo range. There are no buttons: you inhale to fire it, and when the e-liquid is gone the whole device is replaced. It sits in our disposable vape category at AED 40 for one piece or AED 350 for a box of 10.
It is aimed at adult nicotine users who want a long-rated disposable without learning to refill a pod or change a coil. Unlike many disposables at this price, the listing highlights both a rechargeable battery and adjustable airflow, which is why it gets its own review here. The table shows what the manufacturer listing states. Anything it leaves out is marked as not specified rather than guessed.
| Spec | Listing detail |
|---|---|
| Puff rating | 8000 puffs |
| Nicotine | 50mg (5%) salt nicotine |
| Battery | 650mAh, rechargeable via USB Type-C |
| Coil | Mesh coil |
| Airflow | Adjustable airflow control |
| Firing | Draw-activated |
| E-liquid volume | Not specified |
| Display | Not specified |
| Flavours | 10 |
| Price | AED 40 (1 piece), AED 350 (box of 10) |
How does the Isgo New York 8000 look and perform?
The listing describes a box-style chassis with city-inspired artwork. It is a sealed disposable, so there are no coils to swap and no liquid to refill, and nothing to set up beyond unboxing it and drawing.
Inside, a mesh coil gives a larger heating surface than a standard round coil. The listing pairs it with a base airflow ring that moves between a tighter mouth-to-lung draw and a looser restricted direct-to-lung draw. That range is the main practical difference from fixed-airflow disposables, because you can change how the device draws without changing the device. Firing is automatic when you inhale. Weight and exact dimensions are not specified by the manufacturer listing.
Because the listing does not mention a screen, indicator light or puff counter, you cannot see remaining battery or liquid at a glance. For some buyers that is a fair trade at this price. For others, a display such as the one on the Nerd Fire is worth more than extra airflow control, so decide which feature matters more before you buy.
Battery and charging
The built-in battery is 650mAh and recharges over USB Type-C, the same cable type most phones use today. Charging time and the number of charges per device are not specified by the manufacturer listing, so we give no figure. Recharging simply lets you keep using the device until the e-liquid runs out instead of discarding it when the battery is flat.
Does it really last 8,000 puffs, and is 50mg too strong?
The 8,000-puff figure is the manufacturer rating, not a guarantee, and this Isgo New York 8000 Puffs review has not run a puff count of its own. Real life depends on how often and how long you draw, and on airflow. The listing also does not state the e-liquid volume, so the rating cannot be checked against tank size.
On price alone, AED 40 for 8,000 rated puffs works out at AED 0.005 per puff, and the AED 350 box of 10 is AED 35 per device. Those are rating-based figures, so treat them as a guide to value rather than a promise of how long one device will last you.
At 50mg (5%) salt nicotine this is a high strength, and nicotine is addictive. The comparison below shows same-price rivals at 20mg (2%). Because 50mg exceeds the UAE 20 mg/ml cap, check the ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark on the box before you rely on the listing.
A bigger puff rating is not automatically better value. A device you finish in a few weeks costs the same as one that lasts longer, so what matters is how many puffs you actually get. The manufacturer listing gives no runtime, so we do not either.
Not for you if…
You are new to nicotine, want a strength inside the 20 mg/ml cap, need a screen for battery or liquid level, or want to know the tank size before buying. Non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women and anyone under 18 should not use nicotine products at all.
Which flavours does it come in, and what are the pros and cons?
The listing offers ten flavours:
- Cool mint
- Blue raspberry lemon
- Gold blackberry
- Kiwi passion fruit guava
- Lychee mango
- Mixed berry ice
- Peach blue raspberry ice
- Raspberry strawberry
- Watermelon kiwi ice
- White grape ice
By name, one flavour is mint-led, four carry an ice label and the rest are fruit blends. That is a narrower spread than the 14 and 17 flavours on two of the rivals below. Availability changes, so choose from the live dropdown on the product page. Here is the honest trade-off:
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Rated 8,000 puffs at AED 40 | Puff rating is unverified and e-liquid volume is not specified |
| Rechargeable over USB Type-C | 50mg strength is above the UAE 20 mg/ml cap |
| Mesh coil for a larger heating surface | No screen or level indicator listed |
| Adjustable airflow | Ten flavours, fewer than the rivals below |
| Box of 10 at AED 350 saves AED 50 versus ten singles | Charging time not specified |
How does it compare with other 8000-puff disposables?
Here is the Isgo against three in-stock disposables at the same AED 40 price, using each product listing. Because the price is identical, the differences come down to strength, liquid, battery and flavour count.
| Product | Puffs | Nicotine | E-liquid | Battery | Flavours | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Isgo New York 8000 | 8000 | 50mg (5%) | Not specified | 650mAh rechargeable | 10 | AED 40 |
| Elfbar EP8000 | Up to 8000 | 20mg (2%) | 15ml | 650mAh USB-C | 14 | AED 40 |
| Nerd Fire 8000 | About 8000 | 2% | 14ml | 650mAh rechargeable, LCD | Not specified | AED 40 |
| Fummo Magnum 8000 | 8000 | 20mg (2%) | 10ml | 1400mAh sealed, not rechargeable | 17 | AED 40 |
Where each rival wins
The EP8000 lists 15ml of e-liquid and a strength inside the cap. The Nerd Fire adds an LCD. The Fummo has the biggest battery and 17 flavours but is not rechargeable. The Isgo highlights adjustable airflow, which the other three listings do not mention. If you want the 50mg strength specifically, the Isgo is the one to look at; if you would rather stay within the cap, the others fit better. See every model in our ISGO Full Range Guide.
Where to buy the Isgo New York 8000 in the UAE, and is it legal?
You can order it on the Isgo New York 8000 product page at AED 40 (one piece) or AED 350 (box of 10). Prices are in AED, sales are 18+ only, and delivery options are shown at checkout for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Vaping products are regulated in the UAE. Read our guide on whether disposable vaping is legal in Dubai, and the Tobacco Control Laws database for an independent overview. This is general information, not legal advice, and rules can change, so check the current position before you buy.
Before you pay, choose the flavour and the pack size (one piece or box of 10) from the dropdowns on the product page. As this is an age-restricted sale, expect to confirm that you are 18 or over. If a flavour is unavailable, the page will show it.
How to spot a fake in the UAE
Buy from a listed retailer, check the ECAS/MoIAT conformity mark and box printing, and be wary of prices far below AED 40. If the device or pack looks different from the product page, or the packaging has no conformity mark, do not use it and contact the seller.
Isgo New York 8000 Puffs review: FAQs
Can nicotine salt vapes cause a sore throat?
Some people report throat dryness with nicotine, especially at higher strengths such as 50mg. Opening the airflow or choosing a lower strength may feel more comfortable. If irritation persists, stop using it and speak to a doctor.
Does adjustable airflow help with throat comfort?
The listing says the base airflow ring moves between tighter and looser draws, so you can try a more open setting. How it feels varies from person to person, and the listing makes no comfort claim.
Is the Isgo New York 8000 strong?
Yes. The listing states 50mg (5%) salt nicotine, which is high. The rivals in the comparison table list 20mg or 2%, so they are a lower-strength choice at the same AED 40 price.
Should beginners start with this device?
Beginners often find lower-nicotine options more comfortable, so this suits adults already used to nicotine at this strength. Anyone who does not currently use nicotine should not start.
Is the Isgo New York 8000 rechargeable?
Yes. The listing gives a 650mAh battery charged over USB Type-C. Charging time is not specified by the manufacturer listing.
How much does the Isgo New York 8000 cost in the UAE?
The listing shows AED 40 for one piece and AED 350 for a box of 10. Prices are in AED and can change, so confirm the current price on the product page before you order.

This product contains nicotine, which is addictive. For adults aged 18+ only. UAE nicotine products should carry the MoIAT ECAS conformity mark, and the 50mg strength exceeds the UAE 20 mg/ml cap, so check the mark on the box. Not for non-smokers, minors, or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
